Wider den Geist einer geistlosen Zeit, die Macht der Computer und die Zerstörung der Vernunft

Klaus Fuchs-Kittowski, Honorary Member of GSIS and initiator of Emergent Systems, Information and Society as Arbeitskreis at the Leibniz-Sozietät der Wissenschaften zu Berlin – LS – (now also a Special Interest Group at the International Society for the Study of Information – IS4SI – as well as a GSIS Research Group), produced a paper for the recent Tagung “Wissenschaft zwischen Krieg und Frieden”. For him, the now 90-year-old academic, never-quiet observer and participant in society and family, the title of the paper reflects the critical situation in which the development of humanity finds itself.

Pls, read here his paper.

It will be printed by LS together with the other contributions to the meeting.
